These Terms of Service govern your use of Shawarma Rush and its website, operated by RAMSEYS KITCHEN INC (“we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by your location or the platform you use. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
The game
Shawarma Rush is a cooking game for entertainment. The current browser version is free to play, has no paid purchases or advertisements, and does not save progress between sessions. Features and availability may change as the game develops.
Virtual coins and rewards
Coins, scores and rewards are virtual gameplay items only. They have no cash value, are not money or property, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or redeemed for real-world goods. The game does not offer cash prizes or an opportunity to earn income. The current version does not sell virtual currency.
Permitted use
You may play for personal, noncommercial entertainment. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, exploit the service to harm others, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit rights granted to you by applicable law.
Game content
The game’s code, artwork, name and other content are owned by us or used with permission, to the extent protected by applicable law. Playing does not transfer ownership of that content. You may share screenshots or recordings of your own gameplay for commentary or promotion, provided you do not imply official endorsement or misuse another person’s rights.
Privacy and third-party platforms
Our Privacy Policy explains our current information practices. Services you use to access the game have their own terms and privacy policies. Shawarma Rush is independently operated; availability through a platform does not imply that the platform owns or endorses the game.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service working, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free availability or preservation of gameplay progress. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and access restrictions
We may improve, change or discontinue features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. We will provide notice where required by law. Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. You may stop using the service at any time.
