This Privacy Policy describes how RAMSEYS KITCHEN INC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with Shawarma Rush and this website.
This policy covers the current browser game. TikTok integration, advertising and purchases are not active in this version. We will update this policy before introducing features that change how we handle personal information.
Information used while playing
The current game runs in your browser. Orders, ingredients, coin totals and sound settings are held in memory during your session. Our game code does not send these gameplay values to us or save them in cookies or local storage. Reloading the game resets your progress.
We do not currently offer a game account, collect your TikTok profile through the game, or request your location, contacts, camera or microphone. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to the game.
Website hosting and platform services
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website. Where access requires a platform sign-in, that provider manages authentication under its own privacy terms. This information is separate from the gameplay values described above. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, resolve support issues, handle privacy requests and protect our service. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers, including hosting and email providers, process information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
We retain support messages only for as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records held by platform providers follow their retention practices. Gameplay progress is not retained by our current game after the session ends.
Your choices and requests
You may stop playing or close the page at any time. Contact mrar.ramsey@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We may request limited information to verify a request. We cannot delete records controlled independently by a platform provider; contact that provider for those records.
Children
The service is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service is completely secure. Changes to our practices will be reflected on this page with an updated date; material changes will be communicated as required.
